Let is snow! Let it snow! Let it snow! (particularly on the weekends!) Here are some fun enrichment ideas to get the most out of your Project Pack AND the snow!

Dig out the bubble mix we gave you over the summer (or come and get more, we have a few bottles left) and blow some ice bubbles! https://www.thoughtco.com/frozen-bubbles-with-dry-eyes-project-602194

Yet ANOTHER way to make a baking soda and vinegar volcano! (again, if you need these ingredients- be in touch) https://www.science-sparks.com/snow-volcano/

Here is some great info on building your own igloo: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/blog/beyond-winter-white-a-burst-of-color-for-winter-engineering But feel free to scale down your project- try experimenting with icemaking and colors, or build a miniature using ice cubes.

This experiment looks like fun https://www.stevespanglerscience.com/lab/experiments/instant-freeze-soda-ice/- you need rock salt though and we have plenty so come see me if you want to try it.

Exploring the concept of symmetry is a fun way to expand on snowflake crafting, https://buggyandbuddy.com/finding-symmetry-nature-outdoor-activity-kids/

There are many ways to create your own snowflakes besides cutting them:
