An 8-Session Community-Oriented Health Program in the Time of Covid-19

Learn basic mindfulness skills for responding to the stress of life.
This free program will be run on the Zoom platform. Sessions will be held January 23rd – March 17th on Saturday 11:30-1 or Wednesday 5:30-7. Attend whichever session works for your schedule each week.
This program is co-sponsored by the Lodi Whittier Library and STEPS through their Resident Health Promotion Project.
