Lodi Food 4 All has home food preservation equipment to lend out to community members to preserve food at home. This class is required to borrow the equipment. This class is presented by certified master food preservers from Cornell Cooperative Extension. They review equipment needs, food preservation techniques, pressure canning, and how to preserve tomatoes.
