tree-rootsStart the New Year researching your family tree!

The Lodi Whittier Library

is proud to present

With:  Diane Bassette Nelson

 Tuesday Evenings

January 14th, 21st, 28th and February 4th

6:30 to 8:30 pm

This introduction to the study of genealogy looks at the basics to start researching your family tree.  We will use local resources and explore online sources so you can beat the winter blues by filling in the blanks and learning more about the life and times of an earlier age.

Diane Bassette Nelson has been involved in family research for over 40 years and is a former Certified Genealogical Records Specialist. She has written two histories on her own families and assisted several others as editor of their work.

Join us as we work on finding our family histories for all four weeks or just one or two. To register for classes or for more information, please call the library at (607) 582-6218.

Generously sponsored by the Delevan Foundation as part of our 2013-2014 Arts and Artisans Series
