Help Wanted for our Story Hour
The Lodi Whittier Library is seeking an enthusiastic individual, who enjoys working with children, to prepare and conduct Story Hour at the library from 12:00-1:00pm on 2-3 Saturdays per month beginning June 4, 2011 through August 31, 2011 (program may be extended if additional funding is received). Individual will be responsible for promoting early literacy skills by selecting/reading stories for children 0-5 years of age and conducting a related arts and crafts activity. Experience in early childhood education preferred. Stipend will be provided.
